I guess I would have to describe myself as a bit of a homebody, but I would NOT say that I am boring. Life has been good to me, filled with challenges and adventures, joys and sorrows. In short, I would say that I have been blessed.

I am an early retired hospital administrator whose greatest pleasures are found in the simpler things like listening to classical music, smooth jazz, gospel and oldies pop. I love the pool and you will most often find me in it either doing laps or just lounging around on a float. I especially enjoy night swimming in the nude and gazing up at the night sky. The early morning hours, right before sunrise is my favorite time of day, but I must confess that I seldom am awake at that hour to enjoy it.

I am a formerly conservative minded individual (yes, a card carrying Republican who has NEVER voted along party lines) who still holds traditional views but I have become more of a moderate in recent years.

While physical charms are initially attractive, I find a man's personality and intellect to be the most endearing. I'm not looking for a Mensa member, just someone who can share a conversation on meaningful issues.
