I enjoy speed walking and jogging, i am up to 50km a week, now i have to start working on my upper body with weights, that or learn to walk on my hands. I really enjoy swimming, sailing and scuba diving, love summers. I have completed my 4 half marathons and have improved my times at each even. I am registered for the Ottawa Half at the end of the month.

I have quit smoking and have enjoyed 5 years of no smoking, i have also lost 100 pounds over the last 3 years.

I have just started working out with weights and cross training. I have found new muscles i did not know existed, thank goodness for acupuncture. I am just looking to purchase a new bike and take my training to new levels. My goals are to complete a full marathon in the next 18 months and then i would like to complete a tri-athalon in the next 3 years.

Enjoy quiet nights at home, love to cook and especially tuning a mean into a health meal
