My date needs to speak and listen.
Basically, all I want after a first date is to look forward to a second date. He should feel the same. No more, no less.
I rarely feel the need to jump in bed after the first date with a guy, no matter how much I liked him. However, I am not a hypocrite and say that has not happened...LOL

It has been a very long time and for no other reason than I am happy with myself. I believe in monogamy once a commitment is made and there has to be a core of values we agree on.
I work hard, have wonderful friendships, love my family and at 55 years young, I want once again (if possible) to have my life enhanced by another man in a more personal way.
I have to confess I don't put myself out there to date so this is why I am signing up here.
I don't go out to meet guys, I go out to be with friends so that hinders the hunt a bit...I like that, "the hunt".

There are so many ways to have fun. My idea of a perfect day is starting it early with Mr. Right, a drive away from the city, stopping along the way for pictures and scenery. Finding a great place for lunch, drinks and casual conversation. Then coming back, relaxing on the rooftop and taking in the sunset.
Dinner, some wine, candlelight and intimacy.
Living, laughing and loving the day is what it is all about!!!
