I am 53 and have just come out officially. I will be seperated from my wife in February 2011 ( A terrifically understanding woman; we are best friend and we have a great 10 year daughter). I will be sharing a 4 bedroom apartment in the Harbourfront area of Toronto. I am a professional actor/singer and have done some fun and interesting work in 'the biz'. I have very little money but I am loyal, extremely funny even when I don't mean to be. I have a mountain of great friends str8 and gay and a fabulous family. All is good in those areas. I want to fall in love but I am also looking for a fun time. I don't want to rush into things but want to really get to know someone, all the good and bad. No one is perfect? I live Arcadia Artist Co-op and love this place for it's creative members and accessibility to Toronto fun places. I work as a Standardized Patient for the University of Toronto where portray roles and facilitate communication workshops to assist Dr.s to be more empathetic; A really rewarding job. I love Sci-Fi ie. Dr. Who, Battlestar Galactica, The old Star Trek. I am a nerd but I won't drag you to comiccons or get youv to dress up like a Klingon. Maybe an Orion Slave Girl. I have done drag in shows, Pantomines mainly but It is not something that I do on a regular basis.I also like reading Thrillers, Clive Cussler novels and classics like to Kill a Mockingbird, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, those kinda of novels that talk about injustice and remind us that we are all in this together. I am fairly spiritual. I am a Reiki practitioner (universal healing energy). It does help to relieve pain and to relax you. I am very willing to do a session with you if you are interested.
I am probably rambling, but I am truthful, respectfull of others believes, creeds, nationalities and will help those in need. I love doing/organizing fundraisers for community events. Physically, I am rather hirsute- a bear. not in bad shape, I have great thighs and calfs but I do need to lose about 25lbs.

Lunch at the Rectory Restaurant on Ward's Island then going for a walk along the island path to Hanlon's Point. Ferry back to mainland then go for a coffee or if not too late seeing a movie.

Dinner with close friends. Going to a local pub or tavern and talking. Seeing a play or movie. Going for walks in the snow in and around Toronto parks. Bicycling, Toronto Island. Museums. Travelling (when I can afford it- New York especaily). Staying at home a watching a good flick or lying in bed with someone and just talking etc. Kinda schmaltzy eh?
