I'm a fairly busy person, between house, yard, job, friends, travelling, etc. However, I'm very good at prioritizing, so I can always make time to meet new people. When I give my heart to that one special person, they and my dogs become top priority, and get my undivided attention. Just don't ask me to give up my dogs. It's the one thing I can't do.I live with 2 dachshunds in a modest, comfortable home in Kiestwood, Oak Cliff, Dallas. We enjoy staying home and watching Rockets games, Glee, Fringe, True Blood, Weeds, college sports, etc. and cooking and entertaining. Unfortunately, they get tired of me sometimes and send me on weekend trips or vacations. That's usually at least once a month. They enjoy the housesitter for a change of pace.When I'm not enjoying any of the above activities, I try to expand my horizons and circle of friends. I'm interested in getting to know people from all walks of life. I have a rather narrow range of types I'm physically attracted to, but a very wide range that I'm interested in on an intellectual or emotional level. I enjoy holding an intelligent conversation, even when I don't necessarily agree with what the other person's position Is on certain subjects. I respect reasoning ability and logic, but frown on emotion-based talking points when logic is called for. That said, I cried watching Steel Magnolias, Terms of Endearment and Beaches.I don't necessarily trust unconditionally at first, so I probably won't exchange numbers with you readily. We can meet out a time or two before deciding on that. I'm also probably not going to jump into bed with anyone immediately. Speaking of bed, I'm always on TOP of things in that area.
