Hi every one I am a 48 yr. old guy that is laid back sort of man that enjoys life to it's fullest.. as we get older we realize that friends and family are more inportant than possessions. Life is to short to worry about who you need to keep up with.. With that said, i am attracted to personalities and people. I seek friends and companionship. I spend 4 days a week at the gym. my physical health and mental health are very important. That keeps me sane in this world , we all need a release. have an excellent day and thanks for visiting
