A good house party is the best then one can chill and if allowed bounce off the walls a bit, non vilantlY, I MEAN! People love family and see young at heart people mixing, getting to now one another. Naughty as hell and injoy a gina or two a day keeps me mellow. Off road biking and working with my hands e.g. gardening, restoring, lifting the arm up and down now and again.
