I'm a recently turned 60 y/o still trying to figure out how this happened so quickly. I'm very independent while also enjoying the company of other people, especially someone who might want to get to know me beyond just reading this profile. I am sincere, reliable, friendly, opinionated, talented in the kitchen, speak more than English, have good social skills, and would like to take a few risks while venturing out of my comfort zone. My hobbies include trying to learn a new word every day, if not just teaching myself anything knew that I didn't know yesterday. My favorite web site is Wikipedia. I enjoy reading travel magazines, hoping I can travel to that new, exciting destination someday. I enjoy dabbling in the culinary arts, collecting recipes and reading cookbooks, although most of the time I cook without them. I've recently rejoined Netflix so I can catch up on movies I haven't seen, want to see, or perhaps some vintage tv programs I once enjoyed and want to enjoy again. I've recently learned how to play Mexican Train, which is table game played with domino tiles. I would love to start a regular group that plays often, it's so much fun. Sharing or co-cooking a meal for a small group. Going on a motor trip for a day, enjoying the company of a good friend, or a new friend.
