Really don't believe in "perfect" anyone. That's a bit unrealistic. But I do like a man who has these qualities--at least half of them.


intelligent (just a little higher than average person), wise, kind, calm under pressure, confident, good mannered, romantic, philosophical, aware of others' feelings, self-aware, intuitive, a bit spiritual, affectionate, protective, caring, passionate, dependable, mature, understanding, open minded, good listener and also can hold an intelligent conversation, independent, good-natured sense of humor, partly an introvert with a bit of social side, not overly serious, faithful.


- He's a gentleman

- Masculine in his actions and dress
- Blue collar background (that's my background too)
- Close to his family and a healthy family relationship

- We have common values and beliefs (doesn't have to be 100%)
- Would like sex at least as much as I do, if not more

- Financially stable

- A few common hobbies and interests (so we can do things together... scuba diving, science fiction, hiking and camping, movies, TV shows, likes NFL football games, etc)

- Have interests outside of me (I like alone time)
- My age or older

As far as looks go

- I like a man about my height or a little shorter than me, I like to kiss and hug a lot.

My perfect guy would not have these qualities:


ruthless, controlling, insensitive, narrow minded, religious, workaholic, mean, immature, irresponsible, wasteful, "a neat freak" disorder or obsessive compulsive disorder, mentally unstable (ex: bipolar), too weepy, pessimistic/dark/sarcastic, critical, weak/pushover, overly feminine in speaking/acting manner, macho without polish.
