I am not really into the gay scene - much more a homebody, family man. But, I can enjoy a night out. I enjoy music, movies, the theater, candlelit dinners, late night walks on the beach, long drives, good conversation, cuddling by a fire...I realized late in life that I am gay (I was 32). When I finally did figure it out, I was married with 2 children. I tried to stay in the marriage but soon realized it was not fair to any of us. I have 2 beautiful adult daughters and 1 beautiful granddaughter. Both daughters know I am gay and are ok with it. I have terrific relationships with them. I am not looking for someone to be a father to my daughters - I have been a pretty good one. But I am close to my children so whoever I am with will have to accept, and be ok with that. It would also be nice if my partner and my children got along with each other.Basically, I want someone who also believes in long term, monogamous relationships who I can settle down and share my life with. I want honesty, loyalty, good sense of humor, strong character - I think we should compliment each others' personalities.
